Im very happy to say that my air conditioning has now been repaired, I was kept up-to-date daily on the progress of the repair, I would like to thank Victoria for all her help.
This garage had our car for 3 days to repair. No work was done as the air conditioning unit had broken down so they could not test it. Depsite repeated promises to call us, we did not receive any updates and constantly had to call them. We took the car away, and again despite promises to call us when their equipment was repaired, several weeks later we have received no calls. Appalling service all around. Do not use this garage
We were recommended through a friend to visit Gordon regarding possibly buying a new car. So we took the advice and were so glad we did. We were made to feel very welcomed by all staff. Gordon was very helpful and assisted us perfectly in finding the right car for our family needs and well below our budget too! Having visited other car companies that same day who were cold and unhelpful i cannot recommend more than enough that you visit this garage for your next car purchase. Very patient, very helpful and their coffee is lovely too. 5* service provided.
