Efficient service, good communication and handy to have a driver run me in to town on a snowy day.We purchased service plan which is why our car went in here however unfortunately prices for repairs weren't competitive with our usual, local garage so we didn't have the work completed at Arnold Clark....when work is a few hundred 's we wanted to shop around.Nice to have the car hoovered out - would have been washed but subzero temperatures meant it was but we were advised this before.Love the video of the visual inspection and work needing done - learnt a fair bit.

I recently purchased a car from Cameron Chase at the Elgin Fiat branch. I have nothing but positive thoughts on the whole process.For starters I was a difficult sale from the beginning as I was a 3 hour journey from the showroom and couldn't pop in to speak face to face. So all the discussions were made over email. Cameron however even with such an annoyance made sure everything was clear and understandable and dealt with every request and objection I had professionally and with a great understanding of what I wanted.Once I agreed to purchase the car Cameron again went out his way to make sure the handover process was as smooth as possible even going as far as to make sure he came in on his day off incase I could make it in to pick up the car. Due to issues receiving a new license I could not make it in on the original date but Cameron even though he must have been annoyed re assured me that was okay and set up another day and time with me.Darren Mair (hopefully that's how you spell it) who actually done the handover for me was also fantastic. He again made it easy and quick for myself when picking up the car which was in fantastic condition. I understand doing someone else handover can be rubbish but even with that he still made me feel he cared and went pout his way to help me as much as he could. Overall I am more than happy with the car and service from this branch in particular Cameron. Ultimately even with the distance I can still see myself using this branch again down the line due to how happy I am with the service I was provided with. 6 Stars if I could give it would be more appropriate.
Stuart, Andy and all of the staff were fantastic to deal with from the outset. I travelled 3 hours to do the deal in Elgin and would not hesitate to return again for any future purchases. Brilliant customer service. Thanks guys.
From the first phone call I found the dealer to be very helpful. When I turned up to test drive the car, I could not have been treated better. Everything was explained in a courteous and helpful manner. The test drive went well and the sales executive took time to ensure I understood the workings of the car. I have since bought the car and am very happy with it. Thanks again guys.
