We have just bought our second car from Elgin Autos, trading in our first buy from a year back after spotting an A3 on their website. As with the first purchase the whole experience with Elgin Autos is friendly service, well-presented quality product and a very efficient buying process. Would we buy from Elgin Autos again? Yes, no doubt. Though a wee message for John and Andrew....this A3 Quattro is so good we might just keep keep it for a while!!!
I have been looking for a new 4x4 for some time without success but recently found the ideal car at Elgin Autos. Friendly people, not pushy - they were helpful and genuine - a family run business. Different from other car dealers I had been too - didn't try to manipulate or scam me. Pleasant experience - left with a lovely car with a 6 month warranty - so far so good!
Highly recommend, very friendly staff that didn't push anything at all! Although it was a quick process I felt I got everything I needed , car was in pristine condition when I came to collect it. Very happy customer and I will be coming back for a look in the future when I fancy a new one!
