Awful decor. No shower gel or shampoo. Poor shower. Close to busy road and overlooking Aldi car park. Cold when I arrived; radiator only turned on when I got there. Needed to wear a coat for a couple of hours. Instant coffee in cafetiere at breakfast. Really disappointed. However, bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Won't be returning. :-(

Elgin Guest House is located conveniently close to the center of the city, and right across from Aldi in case you need to stock up for the days to come. There is a good amount of off street parking, and the room was cozy, with thoughtful touches like tea and biscuits. Breakfast was tasty (and HUGE), bathroom was spacious and clean, and the WiFi was reasonably fast.
