Very poor, first, cold soup for starter returned then an hour wait for main which wasn't hot either but ate it as starving, complained to waiter, no contact from management until I approached them on leaving. Hadn't been for long enough due to bad experience before, won't be back in a hurry.
Gd meal reasonably priced, pleasant staff
The place is a dump, so dirty. The least they can do is sweep the floor after each busy period so when your coming in for breakfast the floors atleast clean etc. No flooring at the bathrooms. Toilet seats and bins and hand dryer were broken and everything is dirty. Food is dry and my chicken today tasted strange so I left it. Most families go because of the play area but you don't know it's shut till you get there and by that point you've paid for parking so feel obliged to go in still to to order so you get the parking refunded. Today they'd ran out of lots of food, I'd got the 2 for 8.99 offer but then others were being told it wasn't on. Staff are friendly but that's the only good thing about going here I'd say. It's a shame as it has real potential to be a good family play area and eatery in the community.
Poor service; food, whilst edible was not up to expectations, customer focus very poor. Offering a 'Go Large' option for the festive menu which, was 2 potatoes and an extra Yorkshire pudding larger than standard, 'Pigs in Blankets' where the blankets which resembled a soggy 'something'. A portion of custard, which was no larger than a big spoon, to go with Apple crumble. When a larger portion was requested, it was going to be charged for.A child's play area which was out of bounds because of dangerous equipment yet children could be heard playing in there. A duty manager, Kieran, whose couldn't care less attitude was a poor advertisement for the company. The only way I will visit this place again will be if I have a job in the area and, my company put me in the Premier Inn next door.
Stopped eating there long ago because the food was rotten. Thought it would be a safe bet going in for a hot chocolate with the kids so they could play, well they can't even make a hot chocolate taste half decent. The place is a shambles, never spend a penny in there again
