Nice wee park with friendly staff
Great site. Absolutely spotless WC facilities and campers kitchen. 4g cover and free WiFi. Kids loved the games, park and zip wire. Alpacas and other animals proved popular with the kids too. Nice and quiet for some where 2 mins from a main route. 10/15 mins to lovely beaches. Great views too. An excellent experience for us. Thanks. We shall be back (when the weather gets warmer!!)
Having read many reviews over various platforms, I was sure our family visit would be a good one.We booked a pitch with an electric hook up and found plenty of room to put up our tent. We grabbed a picnic bench, which are available on a first come, first served basis and because the weather wasn't ideal it was quiet.The owners are very friendly and informative, so we got settled in very well.The kids loved the games room and the animals, plus there is a zip slide too and who doesn't love a zip slide!The facilities are good and clean, with plenty of hot water for the showers.The small kitchen area was excellent, with a toaster, kettle and microwave; all of which we used. There was a fridge (freezer just broke that day, but sure it will be replaced) plus a washer and drier.We didn't do much exploring, other than to run into Elgin and Lossiemouth to visit a friend.
This Campsie is a little gem. Tranquil, spotlessly clean, owners are lovely and facilities are top notch. So glad we came here and will definitely be back.
