Went in to collect the new idp for driving very easy process and very helpfull staff
Unfortunately the the original staff have left and the owners now run it. The staff do there best but has gone down hill faster than an Olympic skier. Long waits and owners dont care about customers no matter how long the que they just swan around behind the counter while staff do there best. Poor service bad attitude not as friendly as it once was. Wheelchair accessible needs more seating due to long waiting times for elderly people etc.

The staff are the most helpful, friendly and efficient I have ever met. They make the town a happier place to live in. Should get a public award!
