Five stars to Aileen for a top quality, custom made coat and first class customer service. From the first e-mail I sent, Aileen walked me through the process of measuring for a perfect fit, and even offered to arrange a video call to make sure I was getting the measurements exactly right. The finished product is beautiful and flawlessly sewn. We get so many compliments when we are out and about with my dog in his coat. Not only does it look great on him but it really does keep him clean, warm and dry. I've tried the top off the peg brands and come home with a soggy, matted, shivering dog. We've put the K9 Clean Coat to the test on some of Stirlingshire's muddiest walks, in the the rain, snow, hail and sleet. I couldn't be more pleased with how it performs. My dog is small and profusely coated. The K9 Cleancoat covers him from his ankles up to his to his lower jaw. He's always been bone dry at the end of our walks. The belly flap gives maximum underside coverage. His K9 Clean Coat coat has prevented lots of unplanned baths and blow dries, and has saved us from spending many hours removing burs and twigs from his hair. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
I approached K9 Cleancoats to help me in connection with my GSDs skin allergies. His skin was so sore and itchy he was scratching himself raw.
