I have never left a review for anything in my life but feel I need to on this occasion! The meal was absolutely disgusting we ordered chips and donner, with a side of onion rings. Everything was very soggy, very salty and luke warm at best, clearly leftovers and microwaved. Only good thing was delivery time but it's not surprising it came so fast given that the food was all microwaved! First and last time I will order from here! Don't waste your money folks!
I'm not usually one for making complaints but due to many shocking experiences using snappy pizza, I have been left no choice.In my first experience I ordered two margarita pizzas for a couple of my pals and myself to share. 30 minutes later I received a telephone call from the restaurant saying that my Order I placed must be over 20 for them to deliver my order, although it clearly stated on the snappy pizza website that the order must be over 10. My order I place cam to a total of 17.90I then ordered a small margarita pizza to increase the total price of the order so that I could meet the proposed 20 delivery minimumShortly after I received another phone calls or the restaurant. I was then Informed that they could not provide there own delivery service, they had to use a local taxi service to deliver my order which costed me an additional 6 extra.After I place my third (final) order I had to wait approximately 2 hours before my order arrived to my house The pizza was cold and I had come to a solid conclusion that I would have been far cheaper and quicker pencil rolling to my nearest tescos(8 miles) and purchasing a frozen pizza, pencil rolling Back to my house and cooking it with the heat of the sun in the North-East of Scotland during November with a high of 2 degrees Celsius.
