I had am appointment booked today to have my nails done for my wedding in Saturday, after being recommended this place off a few ladies on a fb group I'm on. I showed up everyone seemed lovely enough and I was escoted up stairs by the nice lady doing my nails (sorry I didn't catch her name). Everything was going well until she started using the pink glitter I wanted instead of just saying it wasn't working every well and could we start again she continued on with the glitter, she had to keep applying it with made them look like soup spoons they were that thick but she reassured me she could file them down this was 1.5hr in to my appointment (I only put 2 hours on my car thinking that would be plenty of time). I was getting more and more disheartened as time went on that my dream wedding nails were not going to happen. I told her they were right and she offered to remove them with I kindly accepted but time was of the essence with the car park ticket running out and my 10 month old being left at home with a friend and her other clients turning up for there appointments (No one wants there therapist running late). The nail tec asked me to return in 45 minute but I couldn't (see reasons up the review) she said she was sorry and I accepted but still really upset that when I got down stair I think the lady who owns the salon greated me to which her respond was she could finishing soaking them off but again I didn't have time and she was with a client she suggested buying acetone to take them off which meant I had to out another ticket on my car to go back to salon services to but acetone. I got home took them off after over an hour of trying still really upset I message the salon to kindly reembus me the cost for my parking and the acetone and that would be the end of it they asked to to call in but with it being the week of my wedding I am ran off my feet running back and forth to Inverness and meeting family coming up from. Manchester so I kindly defined and just said no which there next reply was there going to inform the police and solicitor for threats against them I can reasure you no threats were made! For some reason I can't post pictures of my nails
