I have to say that I love shopping here weekly with my parents and going for breakfast in the cafe but unfortunately over the last few weeks the cafe standards have become poor. Today we went in and the breakfast items were cold and also they had forgotten my order. Poor service

This is a 2 storey 24 hour store. Easy access for wheelchair and mobility scooter user. Friendly helpful staff. ASDA scooters available at service desk. All usual things inside.
What can I say it's a big shop that sells most everyday thing's you need at varying degrees of quality and good and high prices. The worker's on the floor are pleased to help you but the manager is to say the least is poor at customer skills and dam right arrogant and treat the customer as a lower class person.
